James Foretel AKA- American Omega was a student for college academy in California. After his graduation his friends moved to South Carolina to join the military. Because of James's crimes in previous years, he was unable to join.
James moved to Indiana but was evicted from his home for being an arsen. He then came across $100,000 laying in a sewer. He pried open the sewage gate to look for the money. After he had found it he moved to New York to buy a better home. As he passed through Manhatten, he noticed someone on top of the building shaking his head.

He ran into Baumton and witnessed a loud explosion, he ran as fast as he could to the nearest park he could located, Atlas Park. He then created Electronic Hand Grips to enhance his crime fighting abilities. Now today American Omega can be seen running at super speed through the city...just don't reveal his identity.
