go for IO sets with +recharge to speed your AM as much as you can. There are plenty of sets that offer +end rec and +end also do not forget to get your +end accolades which should you give 20 percent more endurance.
Shoot for 90+%dmg, 60+%acc,60+%end,30+% recharge for all your attacks...

kara is the place to go to farm badges get about 22 in 4 hr clear plus dryst mentioned badge gear will be updated to tier 6 equiv, so save them up till 2.4 is released.
