You must be doing something wrong... I don't know what to tell you. I'm on ALL the time and the queues never give me any problems at all. It never takes more than 15-20 seconds for me to get a match of PvP, at any given hour.

here goes: Seems to be some confusion still. You can do EVERYTHING in the game without subscription. The only thing that requires the sub is the Conquest mode (AvA), and the first month is free.
