Hey, thanks for applying to Vindictive! Let's start by getting to know a little more about you. Are you new to MMO gaming? A vet? What brought you here? DESTINY?: <br />I've played just about every major MMO that has been released since the mid 90's. Ultima Online was my first love, although I played on mostly free shards. The MMOs I've spent the most time play are UO, Shadowbane, and WoW. In the past I played with PvP as my primary focus, and I was pretty hardcore about it. These days I have neither the time nor the inclination to play competitively, but I still love to win.
What brought me here is simply that I'm looking to get back into GW2, and I want to start completely fresh. New characters, new server, and hopefully some new friends. It's been a long time since I've played (Nov of 2012 I think) so I have a lot of catching up to do. Back then I played with The Shipwrecked Pirates on Jade Quarry. I still keep in touch with those guys, as I gamed with them for almost a decade, but I just don't have a desire to RP a pirate any longer.<br /><br />What are you looking to do with the guild? (PvP, dungeon grinding, hardcore Elven roleplaying, etc.): <br />All I'm looking to do is have fun. That can mean different things on different days. Some days I might want to relax and do some PvE, others I could be up for rolling over some fools in WvW. I enjoy all aspects of the game, and don't want to focus on any single part. I have no goals outside of having fun any longer.<br /><br />What days and time do you usually play?: <br />Week days I typically play after 6 or 7PM EST. Although it depends entirely on what day and what I have going on IRL (I almost never play Mondays due to playing trivia at the local bar with friends).
Weekends I can be on at any point during the day, but again, entirely dependent on what else I have going on.<br /><br />What would you say your PvP experience level is? (No need to lie, PvP is optional, but the PvPers like to flag people who are into it. ^_^): <br />As I'm just coming back from not playing for over a year, I'm gonna go ahead and say my prowess is very low at the moment. But like I said earlier, it used to be my primary focus. And I did consider myself to be a very skilled player. We'll see how long that takes to come back I guess
<br /><br />We're big fans of using Raidcall to talk to each other. Are you cool with being on Raidcall? Also, do you have a mic/headset?: <br />I've never used Raidcall myself, but have used other VOIP clients like Vent, Mumble and TS.
