The best option lots of us use here is to host the pic on a site like <span>Photobucket</span><div>
</div><div>Then, once you get yourself set up there (making a username/pwd, uploading photos) click on the direct link info of the pic (it'll show up under the thumbnail on photobucket when you hover over it).  That should copy the link directly to your clipboard.  Next you start your post here and hit the ImagePathInserter button (looks like a little mountain and a sun) and pop in the link by ctrl-v or right-click paste.  Should be all done at that point
