I've read a few Deadpool comics. Remember them being off the wall and him talking to the reader a lot. Good stuff.

Yeah, they're all real.  He tends to break the 4th wall alot meaning he talks to the readers and is self-aware he is a comic book character.

See the deadpool I remember was a killer no two ways about it, but I love the comedy touch done in those strips.
