Okay, I'll start the post off with. Yes, I have been offline on GW for a while MYBAD. This game is very addicting despite of it's poop like f2p graphics. It has alright reviews ect ect.

Why should you play?
If interested, it's a f2p steam game, does not have a pay to win function(for the most part, has housing options to pay for re-specs ect.) Finally a f2p without that "BUY THIS ARMOR AND YOU WIN THE GAME" effect.
I enjoy it because the dungeons are nice, you have to fight for living territory, PvP (houses you build yourself or apartments)

Level cap: 102
Point of the game: Level, capture and make dragons stronger for fighting and pvp purposes (can gamble on the winning dragons.) Building your house, hatching eggs (harder than it sounds) and pretty much your fuckemup mmo.


I suggest giving it a try for yourself, and joining my friends and I so we can power level you or just simply help you out.

It's only been out since September 2013, give SOE more time. They won't disappoint.





Trolling aside, I'd be down to try it out later.

Plz, if they implement a p2w function I'm going to be upset. The game is a challenge, you have to read and work for what you want. Typically how I like my games.
 
For anyone interested, there's 5 sliders specifically for boob size, shape, angle, etc and 2 chest sliders that inadvertently affect boobs.

No wonder he said "It's pretty good".
 
First of all: LOL, I did spend like 20 mins making my toon have perfect tits.

Second: I was thinking of making a post about the boob sliders

Third: The game looks and feels pretty good. Some DCUO combo things and some more action combat roots. I still need to mess with setting and keybinds to see how it really is.

Fourth: Power leveling is possible in this game! Honestly the grind is horrendous so some plvling is probably needed.
 
Yeah, for a few listings.

Our power level guy gets on later in the night for americans.
Our guild is currently full (waiting on guild leader to give our commander permissions to kick inactive members, though you could join our alliance if they set it up.

Every two days we do have a pvp war, so the guild will be unable to help level people and show them around.

About the questing during early level: It sucks, yes. If you get past that after a power level or just want to level your self, level 60 is where it's at. Right now I am currently 69 Oracle (make your jokes) and I'm really enjoying the game play. The game is not easy in earning what you want, at least until you get later in the game, which it does get easier, but is still pretty damn difficult if you plan on dragon dueling or not wanting to get one-shot in PvP.

PS. For you people who are curious about some boob/ass glitches, I'll post some gifs when I'm home from college.

So it's definitely got some DCUO elements in it (it's SOE after all) but I'd say the combat is a little closer to Tera than DCUO. That's not a bad thing, though. I actually prefer Tera's combat to DCUO's. It has a little bit of that F2P clunky-ness to it- especially when dodging- but it's really not as bad as I expected. I'm sure I can get used to it.


Fuck you guys for picking the L server. I picked Kronos because I though "oh the other server sounds like a girl name, they'll probably pick Kronos"

Is anyone else having issues with low FPS? Were you able to fix it? If so, how?

You can view your FPS by hitting CTRL+F in game.

I was running at 13 FPS(in low, medium, and high quality), which made it pretty terrible. I managed to fix mine in a way, but I have to rename files every time I start up the game. Apparently it is a pretty common issue.

Just wondering if anyone has an easier way of getting decent frame rate?

Try it in window mode, it doesn't seem to know the difference between background and current window, at least from what I see.
 
For everyone having FPS issues, start it in 32-bit. It doesn't totally fix it, but it makes a hell of a difference. I will edit this post on instructions after I get home from college so I can guide you guys through. If you joined the server, my characters name is Basheas. I will not be online most of the day until Friday-Sunday.

That is what I do, I get 60-70 FPS now. When I hit play on steam or after the launcher comes up I rename the 64-bit file so that it starts in 32-bit. Then the next time I start the launcher it re-downloads the 64-bit file though...

Yeah, I just delete the 64 bit when launching. It does the same thing :)
