Let's start by getting to know a little more about you. Are you new to MMO gaming? A vet? What brought you here?:
I played WoW from about 3 months after launch to just last year (September) when I moved from the UK to Canada and stopped playing and I have dabbled in various other games over the years. I got GW2 when it first came out but never really got around to playing it, so I thought I'd give it another blast now I came across the post in the recruitment forums for this guild and it seems to be the type of place I'd like to make my new North American gaming home!

What are you looking to do with the guild? (PvP, dungeon grinding, hardcore Elven roleplaying, etc.):
I'm starting fresh here in Canada so I would like to be more of a casual player to begin with and really just have a bunch of people to chat with as I play and maybe join for some casual runs/matches as I learn the ropes. I am definitely more interested in PvP than anything else, so that's what I'll be aiming to progress in mainly. My focus is definitely more on community than hardcore gaming though, so hopefully that works for you guys!

What days and time do you usually play?:
My work/social hours are not always constant so I could be on for any time after 4pm (PST) or so, to later in the evening, depending on what my schedule is. In the interest of being up front and open, my RL social engagements will always take priority over in game so I might not be a super regular "raider" to use a WoW phrase, but I will definitely be generally active.

What would you say your PvP experience level is? (No need to lie, PvP is optional, but the PvPers like to flag people who are into it.):
In GW2 my experience is pretty much nothing, but in WoW it was my main focus. I played a lot of BGs and arenas, pretty casually, but I am definitely experienced in the idea of teamwork and cooperation and mastering one's class, which hopefully are transferable skills to this game.

We're big fans of using Teamspeak to talk to each other. Are you cool with being on Teamspeak? Also, do you have a mic/headset?:
I am comfortable with using it and have in the past, however I don't have a proper headset here, so I won't be able to use a mic for now. (I also live in a cramped apartment with three other guys so I have to be conscious of disturbing them!

That's it for the questions. Write down your in-game name (and the game you're playing) so we can contact you. We also use Steam actively, so add your Steam ID too if you like.:
I am playing GW2 with the character Nameyayew, account Chilly Breeze.9146. Steam name is also Chilly Breeze.
