Low level goals (important please read)

So as many have gotten to find out, the game world is huge and there are a lot of goals that we would like to achieve, both personal and guild oriented. It might even seem overwhelming for a few, so i decided to do a short right up on low level expectations and goals that i have in mind.

By level 10-11 you should have a few things(things may vary for the 2 races but shouldn't be to different)

-10 gilda stars(story quests earn you these at low levels)

-small scarecrow(biggest low level goal. earned from the president of the blue salt brotherhood at the town of windshade in Lyliut hills)

-a mount and maybe a rowboat

That is a short right up on low level personal goals

The good thing is these low level goals coincide with our early game guild goals. Some of you may have already seen the other post i made about a good area for our base of operations on land. To ensure that we can claim the land there are 2 very specific things we must do.

-Everyone will need to work towards earning their small scarecrow farm

-Rush getting 15 gilda stars

Small scarecrow is easy. This guide I'm about to post covers the whole chain, but you only need to be concerned with the first part right now.

To rush getting 15 gilda stars all you have to do is the green story quests to earn the gilda. I personally will be doing the minimum amount of quests and rushing the story quests so i can place my property and then go back to my normal playing habits.

It is vital that everyone that can own property to do so as fast as possible so we can place our houses and have a Vindictive area to ourselves.

To place a house, all you need is the tax certificates. You are not required to immediately build a house.

My estimated time to be able to do this is about an hour.

It would be helpful if everyone that got a founders package to use some gems for the tax certificates so you don't have to craft them at first, but if some people are not able to do so or had other plans for there gems I will help out as much as I can.

Any questions at all please feel free to ask, this is a very important project for everyone to secure a foothold in the economy of the game. Also once you read this make sure other people that plan on playing Archeage give it a read also.

Edit: I just remade a character on the alpha and i was able to get the small scarecrow and 15 gilda stars in 1 hour and 16 minutes. I was level 11 in a level 14 zone and it wasn't to tough solo.

On live there is gonna be 2 deciding factors.

- the amount of people in the starter area.
- the size of our group

Considering that we are gonna be skipping alot of quests to rush these 2 goals, the first concern shouldn't be a big deal. Also the size of our group will help us rush through quests and kill the higher level mobs that we will encounter because we will be skipping quests.

Remember that once we get those 2 things, I'm going to be returning to normal gaming habits IE: going back and completing the quests we skipped. So if your a completionest don't worry this is a move for the greater good. Thank you again.

we are going west for shure or is it still in the talks?
also I for one don't want to be in the same server has oran'thull they clamed all the castle land in naima (or server) in the sort time the betas were on ...

So we are going west for sure. Also even though they capped castles in beta they also had no real competition. they had the ability to spread out there resources cause they are a zerg guild. In the alpha they were given a castle by the devs for testing and shortly after lost it to another guild because of better organization. Remember that sieges are restricted to 100 people at most and if need be we can "hire" mercenaries or even use in-game allies.
