Need some help deciding...

For my Mind/Ice Dom.

So many uber powers to chose from that I'm having a hard time deciding =(

As of now, I'm deciding to skip Levitate, and Mass Hypnosis when I reach 50
Also skipping Ice Sword Circle, Frost Breath, Chilling Embrace, and Ice Slash when I reach 50.

Is there anything in the aforementioned powers that I should take?  I kind of want Ice Slash but I'd have to drop Confuse for it cause it's on the "next-to-go" list, but I think Confuse will be godly when dealing with pesky Stormies and pretty much anything that's an AoE-whore.

problem with the confuse Spine is that stormers have protection against it in steamy mist.

I wouldn't really mess with the melee attacks. We are avoiding melee AT's all together for a reason. Frost Breath does fail in PVP. If you do a perma dom build, you should be able to have a continuous chain with ice bolt, ice blast, and bitter ice blast. You're main purpose is Telekenisis. Beyond that, I really don't know. Chilling Embrace is a good power to have, more PBAOE debuff. Against a good raid team, I don't know how effective the rest of your last 6 powers other than TK will really be... First 3 do damage, so even if they don't mez they are doing something for you beyond dom building. I'll leave it to the experts beyond that.

I'd have to look at your build before i could really say would you could drop. But i know on my Plant/Ice with Slash i can 5 slot it with CI for some extra recharge bonus.
