So I thought I'd try share a couple links to try to help people out in Wildstar.
First of all if you needs amps and just wanna get them from vendors, here is the site for you [a few amps, such as Trigger Fingers, are only available as drops fyi]:

The site in general has a lot of nice guides so I'd look into it if you want to look for items, vendor locations, etc.
And this place is pretty good for finding and creating builds:
