Spines is broked

As teh title says, spines is broken....all of my +recharge enhacments in my attks are not working. Instead I get slow attk speed, which doesnt even help since attk spd cant be slowed any more than it does from attks... only movement spd :/

Ive been wondering why it seems like Conner is so sluggish lately.

Yea, I've noticed this problem a long time ago on my Spines/Regen too.  However, it's just a bug in the text...nothing to worry about.  I actually tested this by counting the seconds that it takes for a power to recharge with and without +recharge enhancements.  I then confirmed this by using Hero Stats.

Don't arena Ice/EM, Fire/EM, Ice/Elec, and Fire/Elec in arena.  They are designed to own melee AT

I like fighting Fire/EM ...they make for a fun fight and i actually do decently against em. Not sure about the others ....i didnt know blasters even came in other flavors :/

I've lost to them even though it was pretty close.  Force of Nature and PFF + Aid Self is just too pwns.

I'll be honest I gotta use phase shift when fighting them though. But it's usualy a pretty close fight either way.

*sigh*  I don't know when I will respec my Spines/Regen for PvP.  He does pretty well in PvP right now but could be a bit better.  I have Spine Burst, Throw Spines, Energy Torrent, and Quills for PvE still lol.  I can probably drop all ofo them except for Throw Spines and replace Energy Torrent with Laser Beam Eyes or w/e for PvP.

That's pretty much what I did with mine. Dropped quills and nrg-torrent (which I did very much miss when I would PVE), I never liked spine burst. With the new change to MoG they are making, I think I may have to pick it up now. That's if I can tear myself from FFXI long enough.
