Temporal Stones for Artifact activation / Quest

I can now create Temporal Stones, which are needed to activate Artifacts in the abyss. Also you'll need one to complete a main story quest in the abyss.

Mats are as follows:

3x    Magic Power Crystal
5x    Wisdom Stone
11x  Catalyst (bought from vendor at 1.5k each)
16x  Aether Crystal (gathered from 100p+ aether nodes)

Makes 1 Magic Power Crystal
                    - 20x Elemental Water (5 waters from 1 Elemental Stone)
                    - 1x   Catalyst (bought from vendor at 1.5k each)

Makes 1 Wisdom Stone
                    - 4x Elemental Stone Powder (2 powder from 1 Elemental Stone)
                    - 1x Catalyst (bought from vendor at 1.5k each)

Thanks, estimated cost of all the mats? Also, how many stones are actually needed for the quest? Doesn't specify.
