Thinking of upgrading cpu and maybe mobo

Ok im thinking of doing an upgrade this year right now I am running 1 x ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless Edition AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard and1 x AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ Windsor 3.2GHz Socket AM2 125W Dual-Core Processor ADX6400CZBOX and mem1 x OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model ...
i know am going to need a new mobo if i upgrade proc but im not sure what to get.  I will be upgrading mem also prolly to 16gig and adding some type of liquid cooling to proc, plus i am going to get a ssd.  Only thing im not sure about is a good mobo and proc i like amd.  So if anybody has any ideas please post em thanks.

Been a while since I've looked at motherboard processors, but the last time I was shopping around ASRock offered the best for your buck when it came to motherboards. Good luck with the upgrade, Zaz. ^_^

If you wanting to Build a new PC or upgrade one, the parts you listed are older and out dated. They would not give you great performance.. I build/work on computer's for a livivng. If you can give me a idea what your wanting to do with your Desktop, and a price range. I would be more than happy to get you a list of parts and cost wise that would give you a better performance for price.&nbsp;
