This Saturday, after the raid, I'd like to have a training session with those that attend the raid. The reason for this is that we need to learn better communication skills and have a better plan for when we get raided. I know this sounds elementary, but the point is we don't work as well as we can.
What I plan to go over after the raid...
Tactics. Were our tactics sound or do we have to adjust?
What are our weak spots? How can we cover those weak spots?
I'll also be taking suggestions on base layout to accomodate future tactics. Maybe some things need to be moved. If there is a consensus that states that, I'll be more than happy to make the changes as best as I can.
Also, after the raid I will be talking with the people we raid with to get their advice. Please stick around after the raid. I think this will be a valuable lesson to all of us.
