SIXTH DEADLY

Recently I have been approached by other VG's to come join the team .Dangling carrots like we do raids at least 2 times a week and we do this and that all the time such as SF's .As inviting as this sounds I think I'll hang here with vindictive ,but things do have to change abit for me the game has become very DULL.Ifind myself doing other things just to pass the time now ,I only play about an hour or 2 a day and lately Idont even get on unless I just want to talk to some of you.So I submit to you this we need someone to step foward and be that master of arms to arrange the raids on a more feq. bases to arrange SF'S and events .Please dont take it the wrong way ,Ijust want to feel the rush of a raid and the thrill of victory !!!!!!!!!!!!!!,and no I'm not putting my name in the hat to be the one to arrange all this I just thought it should be said.IF IM WRONG IM WRONG
 
There seems to be a sorta funk everyone goes into right before a newissue hits live and we all take a short break to collect ourselves tomake a big run to the next issue.  The last couple of nights havebeen very boring and not many ppl have been on, don't know if it's beendue to Halloween or what, but it's been dead none the less. Hopefully everything will pick back up soon, not only in the VG but onProtector itself.
 
That seems to the problem know there is not many vets are active right know.

With Wow, leaders who have quit and i8 having no new content for CoV lot of large SGs are having tough time with having to deal with a lot of inactive players. Some have died out (i.e crime inc)


Anyway yeah lets have names who wants to lead these things.

We need something on the scale of that time Tryden came back from a long haitus and got Vindictive from 10th on the server to 5th in three weeks. That was awesome.

Except it's not gonna happen because issue 8 sucks.  You came backwhen i7 hit which had alot of content for Villains.  i8 isbasically for Heroes and we wont see any new content until i9 when weget evil Khelds and stuff.  Alot of ppl including me will bemigrating to Hero side soon because of the new content overthere.  Once I get Hell to 50, I'm swaping sides again to run myWarshade.

Correction, I came back a while after I7 hit. There were already about 7 or 8 50s when Stomp asked me to take over the VG in his absence. I just incorporated the style of my old leadership, and it ended up getting a lot more people playing again.

I think Stomp's a great leader, but he's working on a time constraint. When I came back and got the VG active, I was putting in around 10 hours game time a day. Realistically, I can't do that anymore. But it gives you an idea of what you need to help activity in Vindictive.
 
Well, like me, I feel alot of ppl are just loosing interest with thegame.  Theres just not much to do once you hit 50 and rerolling anew toon is just tedious after you just slogged through 50 lvls. Every day life is starting to affect ppls playtimes and as a result,not many are on anymore.  Plus, our server isn't exacting boomingwith activity either. 

I agree that Stomps a great leader, but he can't do it by himself, it'stoo much of a burden and hassle to be the sole leader.  IMHO,there needs to be 2-3 leaders so that in case one isn't on, the othercan fill those shoes.
 
I think if WMs are assinged to various roles it will make things easiar rather than have one person do everything here are my suggestions:

-Keg, Me and Hell can lead "mission teams"
-Dom and Rb can coordinate "badge events/teams"
-Sixth and DA can coordinate "RSFs"
-Stomp can find other SGs to do SG raids with.
-I am open to suggestions for who wants to do Recruiting events (have costume contests in mercy, things like that)

If you want suggestions for new role or want to do something else post away. Also the roles are not just limited to two people leading them some might need more (like mission teams).

Tryden and stomp can oversee all those and makes sure everything goes well.



You can use calender and other things to coordinate these events. Let me come up with some name for this how about "Warmastership"?

        • <font face=Arial>We can PvP&nbsp; in RV </font>
        • <font face=Arial>Post items need for our base, and do mishes or what needed to obtain them</font>
        • <font face=Arial>Power leveling nights !!! </font>
        • <font face=Arial>More raids - we are kicking ass. Why not elevate our ranking. </font>
        • <font face=Arial>Rank number one!!!!!!!!!&nbsp;&nbsp; and maintain in.</font>

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thats what I'm talking about this is the VG I joined .I know Envy was interested in forming function as well .I will be more then happy to help DA with the RSF teams and time .RB and dom are gr8 with badges I owe most of mine to them>gr8 start now lets finish first."REMEMBER WE DONT DO TIL WE GET IT RIGHT ,WE DO IT TIL WE CANT GET IT WRONG"
 
Good points all around.

I would add that Tryden was really great about having raids scheduled on a weekly basis at one point in time. Hoping that he could get that started up again. Just a thought. Not committing anyone to anything. And certainly not putting down anyone.

Also, don't forget the Calendar section. Other Coalition peeps put events up that we could join. In all my time on this webpage, I have seen very, very few Vindicitve members sign up for events, such as pvp nights, put on by Coalition.

Please check those too as something for us to do with Coalition and ourselves.

Furthermore, I will try to learn how to post on the Calendar section the arena nights that we do amongst ourselves. That has always been a fun learning tool for our toons. It would be great to have more of our members get involved with these arena events. No matter what lvls. This exercise will also help us out in future raids.

We can share ideas on how to slot better our powers to make our toons better and more fun to play. I appreciate all suggestions.

i need the practice....

and always open to SF's on weekends and teams anytime im on....

ohh and im back in vindictive because all DoD did was PL pl PL pl PL....and no one would do events!!!!!

We need Recluse Victory nights scheduled for S.G. prestige! Also I can help lead that too. Thats how Nos cought up to The Great Kegger by farming turrets and slaping some Hoes.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

One thing about recruiting.... we don't have room.

And for badge hunting - I'm in.&nbsp; Maybe we should start thinking of getting accolades for the newbiew. The lower the level the better in the long run..
