Got a brutal, computer ending, trojan yesterday, had to reformat, which I FUCKING hate doing. Back to square one I guess.

I got something last month that was some sort of DNS hijacking trojan. I was a sad sad zombie - It wouldn't let me download any of the top antivirus or antimalware or antispyware shit. I was freaking out.In the end, I downloaded 4 or 5 different lesser known programs and ran them consecutively in every way I could imagine for a week, and somehow my shit got clean again.
Buuuut, having all that going kinda sucked, so I got rid of them all and DLed the microsoft one - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/  it's actually really good. Not that big, doesn't hog all that much resources, and I can just have ONE antistupidshit program running, instead of my Paranoid Patty setup.
I think you should look into it, if you have windows.

Also, man that sucks.
