A New Direction for Vindictive

Just thought I'd chime in and tell yall theres rumors of them creatingnew servers.  What does that mean?  It means we get firstcrack at names for our toons.  That means you could take yourVillains name if you so choose and creat a toon in WoW with the samename since it's a new server.

But what day are we supposed to DL the 10 day trial?  Two weeks istwo long, I'll prolly DL it tomorrow night after I get off work andstart playing........

BTW, why are we playing on a PvP server?  I'd rather not getganked by a lvl 60 while trying to lvl up and learn the game, I say wego to a low populated PvE server so us newbs can somewhat get a handleon the mechanics of the game.
 
Well the people I've been talking to want to go with a PvP server. Also, this server isn't finalized, if a new one comes out soon we will immediately jump to that so we can get the guild name Vindictive.

right now this server is to give all the people who've never played WoW before a chance to experience the game. It's nothing final.
 
Yeah, but in a PvP server, your auto-flagged for PvP and can easily getganked over and over again which seems like it be annoying to noend.  Now I've never played WoW and you have so you can enlightenme a bit on if this is true or not and the benefits between a PvEserver and PvP server.
 
You can only be ganked if you're in a contested territory. Now it's true that at the higher levels most missions occur in contested territories. However, initially, most of the zones you level in are not contested. The only way you can PvP is if you hit an enemy player first (the player not in his own territory).
 
Ok, then thats fine, I highly doubt we'll make it at a high lvl in 10days, maybe 20-30 at most, and even then when the new servers pop out,we'll jump to them and hop back and forth to CoX once i8 hitsFINALLY........
 
I'm making an Orc Warrior, I'll let you know his name once I get in. Or an Undead Priest. We'll see.

why don't we figure out what toons we're gonna play so we don't end up with 12 Warlocks and a Rogue.
 
I'll go priest if we need healers, but otherwise I want to be a warrior. Dark Ambition's gonna be a Tauren Warrior. So that's two warriors so far.

We need Shamans people, they're ub3r!
 
Not to mention Mages, Hunters and Warlocks.

What we don't need is stinkin rogues.
 
Well, I'm thinking for me an Undead Mage of Warlock, don't know whichis better.  I think the Mage would be more my game for starterssince their more Blaster-like.
 
I had a level 60 mage so I can help you with talent points if need be. I had an Arcane/Fire, Fire and finally Ice mage. I did all the high end content and was a Lieutenant-General in the honour ranking system. So I know my stuff (then again, it has been a year since I played though and things have changed).
 
I'm gonna go Undead Mage.  These two are the builds I'm thinking about.....

Yep, pretty standard builds. You'll have to respec if you want to do MC and BWL though (need to be Ice). But that's not till 60.
