Yeah it's called Psionic Shockwave, pretty nasty under domination and with a 3 second recharge

Yeah, psionic shockwave. It's considered one of the most devestating attacks in game, if not the most. I personally think it is, because the other ones compared to it, like blizzard and fallout, drain all your end, while psionic shockwave functions like a normal attack.
