The irony is, Jared was sitting right next to me when I asked SPiNE but was feeling sick and didn't remember what it was.

I don't have the original pics and since JPEG is lossy, I'm not about save these images from the forums to my computer...and then shrink them and repost them.
 
I would do, but not necessarily the answer: Right click image, copy image url (in a chrome browser) open a tab, paste url and go, save image, edit, and repost on a website, such as photobucket or whatever one can use, copy direct url for image, edit in guild portal settings.  The url for your image is unknown to me, so I dunno how you originally did it.
 
There, that's as small as my avatar will get.  I refuse to make them cute puppies any smaller!!
 
As long as the horizontal space of signature and avatar don't make me have to scroll left and right, it's ok by me.
