I just got the lumber to make my large farm, so I'd like to swap 8x8s with you two when you have the chance! I have two small farms on our island in Sandeep, so I figure I can swap with you whenever you're on and then save the spots with my farms until I can clear the area for the large farm.

I'll give you the lumber you need to rebuild the farm plus two weeks of taxes to make up for what you lose by demolishing. <3
