These guides are from the main COH forums and may not apply completely to your build.  Reason I am adding the guides that don't apply 100% is so you can get different ideas on what it means to be a stormer.

good luck with it and I will help, but to a point you need the experience of using storm on your own to really learn it.

Just noticing some of those are in the good old days of 6 slotting stamina and hasten.
Although the advice on tactical playing is good.
Perhaps your own guide for slotting for I11 (IOs or SOs) would be of benefit to all the stormies out there.
(Which i am now apart of)

The guides are more for tactics anyway.  But for slotting early before IO slot for end. red. in most powers but thunder clap and gale they need acc..  For the most part you can slot so many different sets into storm that depending on how you want to go with the build you can bring out different parts of the moves.
