Its ok dont even sweat it. Warhammer is actually a really gay game at least that what John (Tryden) told me the other day. Besides Champions is going to be coming out on the 14th of July you should try that insted anyhow. Im not going to play it but its going to be abig deal when it comes out and basically i want to see coh and cov take a digger for destroying pvp (im such a hater I know, i never got over it) and Champions will be the fucking end of coh

Get ready for jinbig vent rant  now in text mode!

First of all, we need to stop giving a flying fuck what people think about us. Out of all the MMO's I have played the player base for this MMO has, by far, proved to be the most underhanded, lying and treacherous bunch of cunts to grace my screen with their text. This seems to be the game that every wanna-be leader, who's too fucking anti-social or broken in some other way, and wants to lead flocks to. Stuck between them are the casual players who just want to play the game. This is saying a lot because I have hung out in "teh" hardcore raid guilds in WOW, I have hung out with the metagamers and rp'ers in COH/COV.  Hell, I have even battled against Korean farmers in Ragnarok and this game's player base, by far, is still the worst I have ever seen.

Does this mean that I intend to rage quit?  Fuck no. I will keep killing players until either the game goes bankrupt and shuts down (ie Tabula Rasa) or I find a much better pvp game. We should worry about Vindictive's goals first, and if they line up with the rest of the squabbling mess that is the server, all the better. There will always be players bad mouthing each other and its not limited to us getting bad-mouthed. Changing our behavior or worrying about who we offend won't stop that. My interactions with Hostile and Fate prove that. I tried to bury the hatchet solo and via GM's help, and look where we are now. Ladyvenom insults a entire guild just for having me around while hostile continues their crusade against anyone they think makes a good target. I'm a semi retired forum troll and I understand how these people think. There is no reasoning with them, so stop trying, and just disreguard anything they ever have to say.

Also, lol at Champions. The guy sold COH/COV, and the best he could do was to create terrible cell shading to make it more comic-like?  Fucking killed my interest in that game. Cell shading is one of the hardest mediums to make look good.

See you guys probably Monday. Still got another day to fuck round in WOW.

I more or less agree with this. That's why we as a guild have tended not to get involved in threads like that. And hence why I always tell members not to get drawn into flame wars on forums, because no one ever wins, internet, etc.

And as far as I'm concerned, Vindictive will be able to do any content Warhammer offers with guild members only in a few months. We're a relatively new guild and are still growing, leveling, and getting geared up. Other guilds can accept our dominance, or they can chose to ignore us or try and play us down. Either way I don't care, because we don't need them. Cooperation is nice to have. But for Vindictive, in any game not just this one, we've always found it a luxury rather than necessity.

The time will come when we decided to do a fort push with our alliance or whoever happens to flock around us because they want to take a fort as well. Vindictive will do the proper planning and everyone will know their job and the PUGgers will die and be sacrificed for the greater cause, which is, letting us take the fort. We have proved this methold time and time again in tier 3 and tier 4 where PUGgers or other guild groups festered to our goal but died, while Vindictive perservered through greater leadership and teamwork.

Another example is the 2-day LV clear we had with a new main tank and a new off-tank. Not an easy task but we finished it nonetheless. I actually think we spent less time on the last boss than we did on Gorak the Ancient.

All that is left to be said is good job everyone and keep up the good work.

I've chosen to stay away from the main game boards for a reason, 75% to 95% of the people who post there are either fan boys or people who bitch and moan constantly. I spent quite a bit of time ripping trolls and fan boys during my COX days, in the end nothing came of it... Yeah, I felt good about sticking up for my friends and what not, but it's all time that could have been better spent with them in game. Forum arguments are "won" by the person who has the biggest lack of a life outside of the game. I loved my time ripping people on the forums in city of heroes, ask Tryden. I don't see the point, like Tryden says, everyone involved ends up looking bad... Ignore the negitivity towards us, and keep moving fowrad. We'll be the ones laughing when we show we don't need them...
 
I just wanted to reply to Jinbig's post.

I don't disagree with anything you said, or anything anyone has said here, for that matter.  To sort of sum up your post, you said, "screw everyone else, let's say what we want, we should be looking out for our interests."

I just wanted to say that, by being nice to others and not flaming, we are doing just what you describe.  We are getting a lot of good players from the other Ass-hole guilds and if we don't stop arguing with eachother in vent, we are going to bleed players.  That's all their is to it.  We want everyone, regardless of skill or play style, if they create a good environment/community for us to play in.  We can dismantle the ass-hole guilds like Hostile, by holding ourselves to a higher standard, and take the friendly members, and leave the jerks cold and alone. 

That said, you guys may have noticed I haven't been on much since the for push.  I'm burnt out on WAR mostly because of my computer.  I have stuff I need to take care of in RL and my computer's performance precludes me from doing the big RVR battles which is what I want to do most in the game.  Anwyays, my subscription is up mid may and I probably won't be renewing it.  Eventually I'm sure I'll come back for a month here and there, but, like I said, I have some RL priorities to figure out. 

You've all been great and I'll see you online a few more times before I'm cut off.

Well Malikar - all I can say is that sucks. A lot of people always say how you show natural leadership and can really make things work when you're around. So sorry to hear about you possibly leaving.

Hope everything in RL gets sorted out for you. Keep in touch through the forums, and let me know if you ever need anything a guy you know through the internet can help you with

 I have adressed this many times and it might have been dealt with during my break but, Our info has fallen into the wrong hands we are ripe for vent bombing and already have players not in the guild coming in more then once and making a scene. I don't really want to talk in there much anymore becuase I can't really be sure who's in there listining. guild vent is to me a place where a lot of us go to converse and many times blow off steam about people who are angering us in game instead of going off on that person in game and cuasing drama. we shouldnt have to worry about who might or might not be listining to our private conversations.

It's time to stop being the nice guys at least on this issue.

Finally sorry to see your going malikar your a amazing leader and healer plus just fun to talk to. I will miss you quite a bit.
