So I guess everyone's wondering who I put in charge for Champions.
Although I had a few people in mind before I asked a single person, I think the one I chose is the best candidate to organize our move to Champions and make it smooth.
The leader will be Jared.
Although Jared and I do not see eye-to-eye with his seemingly inexplicable love of melee DPS toons and my utter hatred for them, he's a really dedicated player and has been ever since he joined shortly after Benediction's PvP reign on Protector last year. If he was needed for any event he showed up, and when necessary, even assumed a leadership role. He's always been someone who's really easy to get along with, and has great people skills - even sometimes coming close to teaching me to love. And let's not forget his passion for PvP. That's the one thing him and I can toast to.
Those kind of qualities convinced me he was the best candidate for Champions.
Like I told a few people, I'm not really going to have too much oversight with Champions. The guild will be Jared's baby and so he'll make the decisions in how it's run.
Right now we're not setting up an officer structure for Champions or Aion, but that will probably have to change once we play a bit and start getting ready for end-game content.
Also Jared and I are still planning to talk about Champions further so don't consider this thread as full of answers, but rather, just a post heralding Jared's tyrannical reign in Champions Online.
