 This is mostly what IdiotBox looks like not sure on when i picked what got slotteda t what level ut this is the gist of it. W/ unstoppable all resists are capped an di have great damage mitigation in the form of knockbaks/downs/ups. It is a end heavy build but my primary attack chain is punch, haymaker and then air superiority. which keeps my end allmost full except for when i get hit for rage and hassten falling off. Knockout blow I save for big fights and when the fury is built up and i can on eshot a +2 minion. Footstomp s primarily for when teaming for crowd control and it has acted as my taunt.

Added: accro for ur eternal you do realise it has KB protection know?

As for the build energy melee for elec armor brute is bad beccause of lack of DP when combined with ET your are very vunerable in pve, remember the set has no def.

Uh, Grounded's knockback protection is weak and only works when your onthe ground so if you jump or leave the ground, it automatically shutsoff.&nbsp; Grounded is curently scheduled to be buffed sometime in thefuture though, but until then, Acro is needed.

As to the no heal with /Electric, thats what Aid Self is for.&nbsp; Howdo you think /Energy gets by?&nbsp; Energy Transfers -health isn't alotanyways man so it won't matter.&nbsp;
 
Aid self wont work well in pvp because if you are hit with dot it wont work that well, i got it for my brute it gets interrupted all the time inspite of my defense. ET damage does add up especially when u don't have Dull pain which increases u regen by increasing ur hp.
 
Anyway forgot to mention in pve when fighting mobs aid self works about 40% of the time i would say for cherrigan.
 
Back during the lvl 40 bump on test when i7 was on, I tested this verybuild and it did fine in PvP with Aid Self.&nbsp; You just have to knowwhen to use it and you need 3 interupt's in it.&nbsp; When I got hit byDoT's in PvP, I was able to use it inbetween ticks.
 
i see so far from my experience with my elec brute in virtue the weakness is its lack of def (you will have fun time fighting spec daemons) also noticing its resis to l/s attacks is bit low.

From this data, /Elec with Power Surge beats EVERYTHING.&nbsp; Plus ithas an auto-hit endurance recovery power that recharges in 21 secs withHasten and Lightning Reflexes.&nbsp; Also, Power Surge has a EMP effectonce it expires which is also handy.

Lightning Field's damage is pure energy and also sucks end and returnsit to you.&nbsp; It is on par with Death Shroud in damage per tick.
 
i am betting energy resis for Elec will get nerfed there is been a lot of whining coming from EM blappers in the end i think sets resis will end up like inv, anyway for starters notice how many secondary you are picking up for Electric where as with stone you are picking up only 1. Which means you can pick up tough and pretty much hit the l/r resis caps for Stone&nbsp; makes hige difference in pve or in pvp (against spine scrappers you damage is reduced by 260%). Also you are&nbsp; neglecting defense which makes huge difference in damage mitagation in pve especially with changes in i7.
 
Yeah, but Granite doesn't come til 38 and even then your pretty muchstuck with TP, your movement sucks, your recharge and damage ishorrible.

Dak, if I was worried about Defense, I would have taken EnergyArmor.&nbsp; You can't have both, you either get Defense orResistance.&nbsp; Thats what insp are for.&nbsp; And I seriously doubtthe energy resistance will get nerfed, I think the other sets strongpoints will get buffed if anything.
 
actually inv does have def with invicibility and granite does get 15% defense, both when slotted can help reduce your damage intake a lot especially with i7 enhancement to defense in pve.
As for buffs for brute secondaries, may of there values were reduced 50%&nbsp; when they got ported over from tanker primariies. If they increase them back to tanker like values that will be somehing

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I&nbsp;thought ressitances capped around 95%? So what is the point of slotting over that number?

Slotting past 95% gives you a buffer of sorts against Debuffs.&nbsp; If you slot to 115% you only see 95% of it.&nbsp; BUT!&nbsp; If you get debuffed for 10%, you're still capped.

its 90% not 95% IIRC 95% is for defense (which is not cap but more of 5% min of chance of hiting someone). As for resis debuffs there are few in pve as well as pvp compared to def debuffs. Also devs seem to be putting in more and more minions that can critical which resis is useless against even if u have 100%.
