EPP vs PPP

Is it just me or am i the only one that think PPP don't stack even close to being as good as EPP's are. Tried doing some stuff in RV the vill are absolutly getting owned. The zone at one point had 24 heroes and 4 villians (all stalkers), even with some of them having PPP powers it made little difference. I think this imbalance will affect us a lot when it comes to picking who to base raid and so on, i don't see the devs doing anything to fix it. PPP's simply don't have any versatility at all.

I agree.  Having come from the hero side of things way back when, I took the EPP and have Focused Acc.  I know A LOT of other heroes do as well.  This creates a HUGE imbalance in PvP.  And thats just one power.  What about the blaster EPPs that provide resistances and such?  Our PPPs are a nice concept idea, and I like the premise, but I feel that the devs should balance it by removing EPP and providing heroes with PPP.  Why not have some of the Signature heroes become patrons instead of just handing out SFs?  I think it would be cool.

Don't forget Hami-O's either.  Villains have always gotten therunaround when it comes to PvP.  Heroes just team better becausethey're AT's have one specific role while Villains have multiroles.  And yes, the EPP's>PPP's, everyone knows this includingthe devs.  All 4 PPP's are virtually the exact samething forBrutes where as EPP's for a Scrapper differ in each pool.

Epic Power Pools are gained by heroes upon reaching level 41.  Unless its been changed (I haven't played a hero in awhile) You don't need a mission to get them.  They are merely available much like the normal Power Pools.  They are called Epic Power Pools.  Hence the EPP.

Now, I haven't been playing Stone Fang like I planned so maybe you can answer this Hell.  After the first part of the arc, do you get access to the Powers?  Because so far, everyone has said that you can't get access until after 45.  Which means how do you get all the powers you want?  You can't get all 4.  Only 3.  Once again, the heroes get the better of us.

Hammi-os.  Supposedly after you have a patron you can speak with Lord Recluse and do a trial where you face the Freedom Phalanx.  Beat em, and you get a similiar type of Enhancement.

I did all of Ghost Widows arc until she wouldn't give me any moremissions until lvl 45.  You can choose to take all 4 PPP powers ifyou choose, you get 4 selections at 41, 44, 47, and 49.  Once Idinged 41, I was able to choose to take Gloom or Soul Tenticles.

The TF you partake in to get a Sythetic Hami-O becomes available at lvl45, but from what I heard, you MUST have the badge from your patron.

I chose Ghost Widow as my patron. I finished a story arc for her, where at the end, I had to fight Numina, an AV I think. I recieved the bonus enhancement of my choice. I then went to Arbiter Apolis to train to lvl 41.

I didn't see anything other than the EPP set. I chose Soul Drain. I thought that these were the PPPs.

Can I still get access to the PPPs? Is it too late?
