Welcome to Leviathan. My chars name is conner reid. I haven't tried adding friends yet, ill try tomorrow when it starts again.  It does start again tomorrow right?

You guys have piqued my interest in this game despite my lack of experience with FF. So this is, going to be Vindictive's new main squeeze? or is it too early to tell still?

Yeah it starts tomorrow which was pretty disappointing considering today was my day off and I thought I was going to get to play the beta today. I work all weekend ;_; 




Edit: I wouldn't say main squeeze but it'll rake in a good number of us it seems. I believe we won't have another main game until TESO unless we get more people interested in Wildstar (which I sincerely hope for)

If all of you aren't bored with this game when it actually releases, I'll join in. I'm in beta but I probably won't have much time to play during the next two months.

I will be playing this. As a general rule, I play most mmorpgs at least three months. If it holds my interest past that, I play until it bores me. So count me in.

I sincerely hope the combat picks up later on. So far the only thing keeping me form being completely bored is the graphics/environments and the fact that it's basically a new game for me and I still have that "oohh new stuff? must try it" feel.

well i'm up to lvl 17 and combat is wait for you next skill to be ready and just launch it but i have to say that i'm liking the gladiator i like the lacer also and i just tried conjurer and it was fun to i remeber that 1.0 was even worse than it is now 

on another note been doing the lv15ish doungens and they are realy fun but geting a group for them has tank sometimes takes a litle

I think that rule of thumb sort of applies to Vindictive

From memory, here is how long all our guilds have lasted:

City of Villains: 2 years
World of Warcaft: 4 months
City of Heroes: 1 year
Age of Conan: 2 months
Warhammer Online: 8 months
Champions Online: 1 month
Aion: 3 months
Guild Wars 2: 10 months (and counting)
Tera: lol

Games we played for less than a month:

Lord of the Rings Online
Runes of Magic
Global Agenda
DC Universe Online

(I'm leaving out League of Legends because it's not an MMO.)

LoL is too an MMO, its just not an MMORPG. As for FF14, its alright, i regret going down the blackmage side, cast times take forever. Sadly i'm on Ultros.

Kinda just feels like the same old FF14 but with nicer graphics. Maybe it's unfair of me to say that since it's been to long since I played that to be able to make an accurate judgement, so I'll just say it feels like I'm playing Aion in a FF setting. Even then, I'll probably still play it and hopefully it'll grow on me.

yes i sure it is Dark Linda i think you need to be on for it to find you and so that you can add cause i tried to find coldchylde toon with the name he posted and can find him ether

I got lucky and got a beta key earlier today so I'll probably be playing it this weekend [valid until the 15th].

On a side note, if anyone has an extra key could you let me know? My bf was interested in trying it.
