This method does not work. The foreskin from an uncircumcised penis, when fully erect, peels back to the point where it might as well be a circumcised penis. It is impossible to "pinch the end of your foreskin closed" upon ejaculation because the foreskin can't stretch anymore than it already has...unless you have an abnormal amount of excess foreskin.
