good gaming setup

Look for EVGA Brand Nvidia cards. They have a lifetime warranty are are top end quality. I run a 9800GTX+ I bought back in march and love it. Also go with an Intel processor, preferably an I7 if you can afford it. If not a good quad core like a Q6600 is great. What kind of budget are you looking at? If you give me a rough number I can do some searching and put some links together for ya.

well maybe between 1,000 to 2,000 maybe 3,000 i can maybe get it all together week by week.im just looking for a trail to fallow you know what i mean?

I highly recommend this monitor if you're looking to buy one: http://www.shopping.hp.com/product/display/display/1/storefronts/FV585AA%2523ABA;HHOJSID=b2btKzJKqXz70TFx28fRklQvsJ5TMCVYPlg2FBhZMwqhM2LGQy6h!-204415341<div>
</div><div>They have other dimensions on there too but ONLY buy the ones with the FULL HD 1080p tag.  You don't have to buy it from the HP website but make sure that it's the exact model number on other websites as well.  I personally own the 21.5in linked above and it is just mind-blowing.  I'm willing to go as far as to say that it's THE BEST monitor on the planet right now since I have not seen one, at any prices, that even comes close to this one.</div>

I just built mine ... If you have that kind of budget, don't hold back. Go for the Nvidia 200 series, preferrably a GTX 275 or better. EVGA has lifetime warranties, but pretty much all brands of the cards are good (I'm thinking ASUS and EVGA mostly). The i7 series is sex, I have a 920. Easily overclockable. X58 mobo or better, for sure ... EVGA would be best for this as well because of the warranty. Everything else people tend to go their own direction with..

PS: Make sure you buy thermal compound. It's cheap, and generally the difference between an overheating CPU and a CPU that functions perfectly (I learned the hard way, Arctic Silver 5 saved my life).

Two monitors. Period, if you have em now then you know how hard it is to go back to only having one. An Antec 900 is a great case. With that kind of budget you can skip the onboard sound (if you have the extra money to blow) and get a sexy creative x-fi card (nothing will ever beat 'em in my mind). This is the card I use and it does everything I need without even flinching. I had some framerate issues with Aion with everything maxed but I will chalk that up to latency more than anything. Get at least a 650W power supply if not higher, name brands don't matter to much on those so go for the cheap one. As for the CPU/Motherboard/RAM do your research online. I really like the nForce chipset and once again, Evga makes a good one but XFX is also a good brand. CPU is gonna be up to you for how much money you wanna spend vs speed gains. Just remember, the $500 processors give you minimal AT BEST speed gains over the $300 ones. Once again, do your research. RAM is another component where brand names don't matter to much. Hope this helps!<div>

WHOLE HEARTED /agree on the Antec 900! I have a 1200, though. It's the same case essentially, but the 900 is a mid tower whereas the 1200 is a full tower. No big deal. It's got lots of fans, with some more available mounts for others. Air flow seems to be really good. And, let's not kid ourselves... THEY LOOK SIIIICK.</div>

I don't know much about building pc's, however I do know that I love my new monitor.<div>
