To link, you use the hyper link manager right above the custom links bar. Self explanatory (it looks like a mini globe).

To embed you have to switch to using HTML code. So click the >< on the bottom left of the notepad. It'll switch to HTML mode. Then get a link to embed video, copy, and paste it in the notepad.

And you're set!

Here's a hint. don't embed a video in your signiture, since it kills page loading times for users with slower internet connection.
