Well, I have been.  Those that are still there that have been gone have gotten to me via email and they are still there.

no need to kick unless you are getting more peeps which we are not, kicking just so that we can try more of our alts is silly.
 
no, kicking them makes perfect sense.  I missed a few recruitsbecause we didn't have enough room back then and they went to rivalSG's instead.  I'd rather have room to invite rather than no room.
 
I agree with Hell on this.  Having alts is fine and all, if you limit the number like we have.  However, even with the 20 or so active members each with one alt, thats still only 40 people.  There is no reason we shouldn't be able to have room for new recruits.  Especially with an inactive date of 15.  We'll probably have a group of core members that may grow slightly and a lot of rotationals.  But either way, we'll be stronger if we cull now.
 
While i agree with all of the above posts, I have side more with Hell on this particular subject. The way I see it is like this, say im on Ice Meltdow (which i will be more often now) and im in bloody bay where i meet a bada$$ stalker that wants to join cause he/she see's my awsome pvp skills and i try to invite him. What if the SG is full and i have to swap over to Stomp, look for an inactive player, Write him/her an email explaining why i have to kick and that they are welcome back when they are done with real life. Then i have to go and re-find the poor sap who had to wait for me. I dont know about you but i wouldnt want to join a SG that didnt have thier ducks in a row. So i will continue doing as i am and kick every one that is gone for too long. Also on a side note, I took ice meltdown into bloody bay last night and went undefeated for well over 3 hours.And on yet another side note, this entire post was done on my brand new cell phone. Yes, my geekdom has branched out beyond video games.

Something happened and i never got the chance (inf problem) to play in sg mode

I'll give 1.5 million infamy to whoever randomly joins pick up groups and manages to recruit 5 new Vindictive members (active, as in level 40ish and aiming for 50) by next Saturday. No joke. 1.5 million infamy.

Tip: Tells work much better than asking in team chat. Why? Because Tryden says so.

Absolutely Ubber. Granted the money would be nice we should ALL be actively recruitng all the time. You all realize that your just chasing the carrot that Try is dangling over your heads, right ?
