So did i13 go live yet?  I haven't checked CoH lately.

The official CoH website should really have a "Release Date" under each Issues so people can find out when that issue was released or when it's expected to go live.  Maybe they already have this but I just missed it or something =(
 
It is not live, nor have I seen an intended release date for it yet. They make actually be taking some time to get this issue with the massive PVP changes. There have been a lot of changes to a lot of things since the initial testing started and some really major bugs found a long the way. There is a lot of trial and error and what not going on, so unlike in the past, they may be trying to avoid rushing something out and having another epic decline in player base like with i12. I'm still dreading this issue going live... I'm really more interested in i14 as well. This game is desperate for a major influx of new playable content. Since I've started playing COX there has only been a few hours worth of new playable content added. Much more of the additions have been things like loot, and game features... :p
 
This would of been a great week for them to release it, with the extended weekend, man that would of been nice for us.
