It is Time!

With much regret.. I have to say it is time for me to leave Benediction/Vindictive.  I have really enjoyed the last 15 months plus I have been with this family. Right now I do not have my heart set in MMO and there is no activity in Benediction nor Vindictive. With the way the economny is currently and not sure if i have a job from one day to the next I will be winding things down to a null. I am getting back with my old squad for FPS (first person shooter) games and have also become apart of a new anti cheat program as a testor as requested by the developer.
 
It is with much regret that I am withdrawing myself from this fine group of people. I have no harsh feelings toward anyone here. With times like these, it is without a doubt stressfull. I have lost half of my entire shift where I work  (fired 25 and layed off 32) and not sure if it will lead to more. You all are great peeps and I respect each and everyone of you. I will not forget the good times on vent that is for sure! You all ever come back to COX try looking me up I am not sure if I will be there or not but it will be fun. My ventrilo is currently messed up due to other issues and I havent got the information for Bene/Vindict.  Anyways.........

Hey Nite,

Well I figured this post was coming sooner or later. Tried my best to get you to join us but I understand your situation. With regards to that: things will get better. There's a lot of fear out there right now but things aren't as bad as it might look on the face of things. Once confidence reigns again we'll see an end to this mess, hopefully by the end of the year.

With that said, of course you're allowed on the forums. Plenty of people like Hock, Head-Shot and Pepper still visit and post here but don't play CoH or WAR. It's a community of friends. So please by all means visit, post and say hi whenever you get a chance.

It looks like a bunch of people have stepped up to the plate to do art for the site. If your offer still stands we can talk through emails. I know a lot of people who wouldn't get mind getting one of your sweet banners made for them.

Keep in touch man. It was a pleasure gaming with you. Can't believe it's been over a year now since I sent you that PM on the CoH forums recommending Vindictive as a good Supergroup. You're were an awesome and fun guy to team with, and I still hope to chat with you on vent from time to time. Who knows, maybe you might end up joining us in some new game in the future.

All the best to you Niteforce. I can relate to how you're feeling right now, since I had my hours cut at work and my company had substantial layoffs.

You just have to keep your chin up and hope for the best. A positive attitude will always get you far in life.

So be a mooch like me and keep posting here without playing any of the games.&nbsp;

I did pick up Warhammer, and it is a really good game from what I've played so far. I say give it a shot if you haven't already.

Its without a doubt the world economy is looking bleak...my company just got certified for TS-16949 which is a big deal. This will bring more business in but not for at least 7-8 months and the affects will not be noticed until at least&nbsp;2 more years after that.. Kind of sucks at this point but will hang in there until things get better..............
