We left it in December. Played Warhammer for a while, became a dominant guild on Vortex, came close to starting end-game to get the guild geared up, then the guild sort of fell apart.

We're looking to move to a new game in the fall. Trying out some free trials atm, but looking to either Aion or Champions Online for September.

What are you up to?

It's cache problems just walked 4 people through it that had the same problems.

Step 1: Save "https://trial.turbine.com/lotro.php?ftui=LOTROPropel" as a bookmark

Step 2: On FF be on a blank page and then Delete your cache, authentication & browsing history.

Step 3: Close FF and reopen it.

Step 4: use your new bookmark.

Step 5: press ctrl+F5 after it loads the first time.

Step 6: enjoy


and if this still does not work which I saw one pc being a bitch. you have like 50 people on this forum that can sign you up all they need is an email to enter in the rest can be changed later in the account info.
 
Post your email in here all the people with a full version can send 5 people info to log in ( product key ) also they use salesforce.com as their reg. system there is the biggest problem >.>
 
Has anybody had problems with it crashing to desktop when the game is loading up??? If so what was your fix?

I dont have vista i am running xp home.&nbsp; Plus there is no video options where i am it gets past the turbine splash then it goes to load the game i guess because i get loading it gets to the end and crashes.

Always the option to grab the RC of Windows 7 (available for free until July 24th) and throw that onto a partioned section of your hard drive. It's my main operating system and I run the game in it with no problems. On the other hand you could do the usual re-install of the game, update drivers and check on the tech assist forums on the LOTRO website.

renek, lanks and me are having a blast in the game. Even have a new guild member but he wont last because there is noone ever online besides the 3 of us.

Frooz was online today and her, me and lanks were goofing off by playing songs in game. I would be the last person to try lorto because i dont really like the saga. But hey i have never judged a book by it's cover. The game has a lot to it. and the comunity is actually suprisingly awsome.

I guess what upsets me is the people that said yay and then never really played the game for longer then 2 hours and then ninja log and never show up again.

Sure there is such a thing as RL hell im getting married in less then 3 weeks but playing with friends is a big distraction from the stress. All I have been hearing lately are excusses on "why" people are not playing. And no I dont count pc problems as an excuse. Also the website should not be an excuse because we can provide you with a key to get in to the game.

The game is 9.99 online and comes with the expansion. For 9.99 you get 30days of gaming for free and 2 bonus items. So after you sign up and test/enjoy the 30days you can decide to continue or not but you will not <span style="color: #ff0000;">get a better MMORPG deal then that at the moment.</span>

ANd its a long ways for champions/aion/swtor as besides aion they dont have a 110% set realese date.
