Lag Fix - Tested

Came across this on aionsource and gave it a try.  Its simply a registry tweak that allows more incoming/outgoing TCP packets.  Completely legal client-side only fix.  I was pinging 150-250ms most nights and after the fix my ping is 50-90ms constant.  Makes a big difference in game quality. 

It comes with an install (reboot required), a checker(confirm installation), and a remover in case you see no results and/or you think it fucked something up.  Worked wonders for me, thought I'd pass it on.

make sure you do a /ping in game a few times before you install it, that way you actually know if there was an improvement....*cough* toxik *cough*
