My Rad/Psy defender build - Critique

<font color="#00ff00">I have no experience with the Psychic blast power set, so I really need slotting help pre-IOs. My big question is slotting subdue and psionic tornado. Does subdue recharge quickly; is it worth slotting a recharge reduc? And what about psionic tornado? If not, I want to put the extra slots in my radiant aura (recharge reducs).

I just did this at work btw. So I'll probably change around a few things like taking out the two slots in health.

1. you don't need recharges in Radiant Aura, it comes back fast enough with/without Accelerate Met...i slotted it 3 heal, 3 end reduc. cause it costs a hefty amount.
2. Subdue comes back quickly so no recharge for it, the majority of all psionic atacks come back fast, put like 1 recharge in psionic tornado, then with hasten and AM your shit will be like perma.
3.No defense Debuffs in Radiation infection... the debuff for defense isn't that great and the toggle costs quite a bit of end so, 3 to hit debuff/3 end reduc.

for anything else bout rad/psi lemme know.

Thanks for the help Solitary. I only 3 slot Radiant Aura with three heals usually, those are just there for leveling/acting as team support early on.

I only put one end redux in Rad inf because of vigilance. But I was thinking of going with 3 like in enervating field.

Also, below are his pvp results from an arena match last night. I was exemplared down to level 13.

I'm coming around to the SS instead of Assault idea. I barely put up assault anyway because it takes so long to toggle and drains my end when I'm attacking and running toggles.
