New avatar dimensions

HAY FRIENDS,

I changed the avatar dimensions for the forums. It used to be a max size of 150x150, but now it can be as big as 200x200. Figured I might as well use up all of the space in the profile block.

So if you have the older avatar size, YOU CAN NOW MAKE THEM BIGGER.

REMINDER:

Forum avatars can now be 200x200, so if yours is still sized by the old 150x150, IT'S TIME TO CHANGE IT :3
