I can't believe they are further reducing the amount of SE regen on the chalices that makes me sad =((

It does make me happy tho that they are increasing the amount that willpower effects our heals, although they are increasing the build time of our main group(main heal even if it is group) Khaine's embrace.

They decreased a lot of the base healing values, i hope by not too much! or atleast increase the amount that willpower affects it by alot!

And why reduce bonus dmg to Consume Strength and lacerate, 2 out of 4 of our main dmg abilities unless you are actually dps spec'd, so they make it harder for healers to solo?!?!

<div class="category" id="_62"> <div class="backtext"> N ew Sigil System </div> <div class="foretext"> New Sigil System </div> </div> <div class="description">The Armor Ward system has been replaced with a new achievement-basedsystem called Sigils. Each Sigil represents a Ward that was previouslyawarded through the acquisition and equipping of armor sets found inthe Old World Armory. The purpose of the Sigil system is to allowplayers to get the benefit of the Wards previously associated with thearmor sets without being required to wear and use that armor set. Italso allows for new methods of receiving the Ward and progressingthrough the game without collecting armor sets. </div> <div class="description">The new Sigil system can be viewed and tracked in the Old World Armorysection of the Tome of Knowledge. Clicking on any Sigil loads a pagethat displays the fragments needed to complete the Sigil, and describesthe tasks associated with each fragment of the Sigil. For any givenfragment, only one task of those presented will need to be done. Youcan see the tasks associated with each fragment by clicking on thefragment icon on the left side of the screen. Also, obtaining afragment of a higher level Sigil will unlock the fragment for any lowerlevel Sigils. Any players who have current armor or sets that wouldfulfill a fragment task for any Sigil fragment will be granted creditfor the fragment task upon first logging in on that character. Onceunlocked, a fragment is unlocked; completing multiple fragment tasksfor any particular task will not grant any additional bonus. </div>












Crafting Inventory Improvements </div> <div class="description">
Crafters will now be able to aquire additional backpacks for theirinventory by increasing their skill in a tradeskill. These additionalbackpacks will only allow crafting ingredients to be placed in them,and when the crafting bag is full, any new crafting items obtained willautomatically be placed in the player's normal inventory. Players willreceive new backpacks upon completion of the following achievements: </div> <div class="item"> * First backpack earned by training a tradeskill or gathering skill </div> <div class="item"> * Bonus backpacks are unlocked by achieving 100 and 200 skill in a gathering skill </div> <div class="item"> * Bonus backpacks are unlocked by achieving 100 and 200 skill in a tradeskill

That sigil thing would have been nice a few months ago... But sounds interesting. Have to looking to that and maybe try to buff out my Ruin armor with it.

I just really hope that Sigil system doesnt screw how many Wards I have currently.&nbsp; I am going to be rather upset if I have to do more work to get back to where I am currently.
