So I happen to walk over to the vault to deposit some potions I thought people might want since I don't find use for them.  Well I walk up the friendly banker, the nice creepy one with the disembodied souls flying around and went "Here you go, sir!" and he went "ppppffftttt... your stuff is no good" and then I want :c  *sniffle*. 

So.... I don't suppose privileges could be set so we can put stuff in and maybe take out? Those damn potions accumulate when each different seed you have makes a different kind of weed then potion.
 
That and I don't know what other fancy options there are.

Just set it up today so initiates can put stuff in but not take stuff out. I think we need to sit down and talk about how that's going to work.

Also the reason I can't promote people seems to be a common bug. I found you can promote with /commands though so that fixes that problem

Question:  What's the 10% tax money used for?  I have no clue what the guild can buy with money or anything so was just wondering.

I think you can use it to buy those tactics and rewards and such.

I heard something about teleportation scrolls last night. I'm not sure how much they cost and all that or whatever there is to buy for the guild. I paid the 2 gold for the standard I got on my main toon. So yeah, I kinda would lean towards doing 5% tax rate at most. I mean, really, when most of us hardcore Vindictives pony up the money we need when we need it. I know "it's not fair", but I know I don't care along with many others. I've gotten a TON of good loot while teaming with you guys, so I'm happy to give back. Lower tax rate is more attractive to new members. We share our armor too, so really, who's paying for that stuff?

i second that motion of making the tax 5%. its hard enough to make the 20g to get a mount at 20 anyways.

As everyone gets higher its going to increase, when i checked yesterday we had something like 2 gold in the vault from our taxes, i put in 1gold for the hell of it, theres also some potions i placed in thar too.

I checked the vault, underneath where all the items are, theres a place where you can put in money, or check the current value of whats in there now.

I'm still saying that everyone who has been in the guild for 2 weeks, has been active and is above lvl 20 should be promoted to a new rank underneath doombringer and that rank should have access to vault 1. We are very close to Vault 2 and that can be the vault for requestable items. Also many guilds have their tax rate at 75% and higher so they can buy better tactics. This may not be the case seeing as we aren't too RvR heavy yet but I have my tithes set at near 90% because you make most of your money from selling items anyways. Just think how much +30% AP regen would benefit everyone.

I can't get on tonight because I'm still at work, but I agree with what you wrote. I do have two new ranks made up and I'll be changing them as soon as I get on (either tomorrow morning or tomorrow night).

PS: It's my birthday tomorrow
