Possibility of ITF runs on Freedom

Myself and a number of other people have our raid toons around lvl 35 to 42 at the moment. It has been discussed a few times between me and a few others about trying to start doing ITF runs with our toons. The XP on the task force is extremely good no matter how you go about doing it. Right now we have no planned runs at the moment. Right now we are looking at having both planned runs at some predetermined date and time along with spontaneous runs with whoever is on and wants to run them as well. As for the runs themselves may also very as to how we run the task force. Some runs will be "speed runs" (1 to 2 hours), getting through as fast as we can, doing the bare minimum. Others may be "farm" runs (potentially 3 to 4 hours, maybe more), where we trying to maximize the XP/inf/prestige, potentially trying to clear whole maps each mission. And we can do runs that are some where in between the two extremes. Just depending on time constraints for the majority of the team and what people wish to do. If you haven't done so, please get the Midnighters club unlocked ASAP if you wish to participate. If you need help with the arc, just ask.

I will be off for the next 4 days so I will be willing to run some Midnighter Club missions with no problem to help get everyone up to the ITF. Sounds like fun! I am just not familiar with the villian side of the Midnighter missions.

The villains Midnigher's arc is easier than the heroes arc. Not to mention significantly less buggy, and no stupid suicidal hostages. Talk to Ashley McKnight in Cap. She's on the university campus. If you stand at the main doors facing away from the university, she will be at end of the building closest to you on your left by the stairs. I will warn you all though, the first mission can be tough. Lots and lots of powerful bosses even if you are solo. Death Mages and Succubus every where. If you run on villainous they will still be there, but as LT's instead.

We are talking about running an ITF Saturday (today) at around 10:30 PM ET on Freedom. If you wish to come, please unlock the zone by 10:15 PM ET. It takes an hour to two hours to do. The task force takes about 2 hours. Me, False, Nite and Jared are coming. Brain maybe as well.

Holy Hell the last room was a hoot.. Did not realize there were going to be that many of those NPC's coming in at once.  Reminds me of the movie Starship Troopers. BUGS Every where!!!!

We did our first run last night. Had 6 of our Raid toons, 1 other SG member and 1 PUG fort. Took us 3 hours, so was a slow run, but we finished. I think I was the only one who got a good recipe for a reward. LOTG +7.5% recharge speed. Blue and Jared got Perfect Zinggers, I believe. Was one of my slower runs for the TF, but we finished and I think it was the first run ever for at least 2 people and the first runs for all of us on our toons. And we lost the pick up for a while due to a computer crash. But overall, he was a very nice addition to the team. He worked me us extremely well most of the time without the benefit of being on vent with most of us. A therm or emp would have been really nice to have, or a stone armor for taking aggro. XP was very good though.

Fire/Kin - Blue
Bots/Storm - Brainbot
Bots/traps - Lt. Gadget

I'm happy with the run overall, something good to build on for future runs. I wanted to keep things simple, because of the people who where new to it. But expect another run soon.
