My house actually has two entirely different networks from two different companies. One is a very fast connection, and thats what I am using right now. The other is kind of a fallback network, and it's wireless. Slower, obviously. My new PC doesn't have a wireless card because I never had any intentions of connecting it wirelessly. I will re-install it now, although I can't see any reason that it would be the cause. Also, I have no programs going right now. I messaged in for assistance to NC Soft, like for specific ports or whatever but I don't know.
