Question about freedom base storage

Was just playing and someone asked about the policy for base storage regarding recipes and salvage. Anyone know if and what's been decided about enhancements/insp/salvage storage in the sg base (on freedom)?

On hero's side I put a salvage bin up for base salvage.  We are starting from new on heros on vills there is a base already started. I cant remember what is there for collectors.  I know on Protector you could put in to the collectors but you couldnt remove unless you where the second rank from the bottom to stop ppl from joining the sg and raiding our bins.  So prolly the same will be implemented on Freedum.

I believe Vaughn (Plasma Fallout/Mind Sentry)  said that only Champions (second rank) and higher could withdraw salvage and enhancements from Vindictive's base storage. Zaz would know more than I would about Benediction.

While all rankings from Protector will apply to the SG/VG in Freedom, I'm giving a week or two before promotions kick in to see if everyone's dedicated. That way we can amass some storage in the bins first before the huge wave from Protector wipes it clean
