Question on Champions

Its just there, always staring you in the face, looking all cell shady and everything.
I remember when i first logged in, it looked decent, but i tried to move and it was nearly unplayable, so i had to turn it down, now it just looks really lame, but at least i have my 60 fps.

I'd find it hard if they dont optimize it.  I haven't really played around with the graphic settings to much, just been toying with the power sets and junk.  I got 4 toons in the teens and trying to decide which one i like best.
