Redesigning the website

FYI if you find a typo or other graphical error, or have a sugestion, let me know.  A lot of the image can be quickly fixed/changed.  Jared already noticed one, so I fixed it.

Wow Hanna, that is a SWEET banner. I know when Niteforce made a flash banner we had some problem uploading it. But I can give it another try.

Also, I know a few people might still be working on some stuff of their own so I'll give it a few days before we make a final decision. But again, that's amazingly well done

Since it's a gif, I just popped into photobucket and linked like a normal picture.  The non-loop one animates once and sits on the last panel until you reload the page and the looped one just cycles through.  I don't know how guild portal is setup, but I would guess it would work fine.  As far as flash goes, I wouldn't know where to get even started.

I really like the scenes in the scrolling one. that's pretty cool. The main one with the guild names is really well done. Idk, it just doesn't say gloom and doom, this is Vindictive to me though... :p I do like it though, but seems kind of bright to me. Vindictive in a slightly darker red and more sinister looking font. Maybe the quote in a fancy written in blood font.
 
Changing the colors of the font is not remotely a problem, fiddling with the emboss effect on the text, problem. Whatever I set as the specifics for the emboss (highlights and some of the shadows) will carry over to every bit of text in that graphic.  So I have to double check back and forth to make sure they all look ok.  The main problem that crosses is making sure the fight scene text is still readable.  Also, while I could use a creepy looking font on the Vindictive, I'd have to find three different fonts to make the two names and quote balance stylistically, which is largely a matter of personal preference.  I'll see if I can through some samples on another day.  Atm only our gaming machine has PS CS2 and Jared is taking it up since I was on all morning and a good chunk of the afternoon

Damn good job hanah and Jared, I have a suggestion. I suggest that you make me one. No actually I would request that if at all possible could one of you make me a banner when ever possible. I would appreciate it greatly

Important!!! Tryden, it seems that Mythic and Games Workshops are being legal sticklers on the intellectual property and want to have a copyright message in any place that uses their work.  They have the label included in the kits though.  Just wanted to bring it to your attention on the just in case situation.

Understandable, but still kinda lame. Oh well we'll have to do it
 
A rough draft banner I did....I've been away for awhile and was not fully aware of the changes that have been made. I will work on some more that are more Warhammerish.

Tiny itty bitty wittle suggestion: Wecould do our previous theme with CoV where we had pics of everyone..Kind of like a group photo but less gay. Of course it will eventually just turn into a line of Tryden posing different ways..
 
That kinda didn't turn out so well with the CoV one, some people that didn't make it into the banner were sore about it. I don't relly want to deal with that again, also I don't think I could really make a group picture look all that great in it....me personally I'd rather not do it that way. I'll work on a few more versions, see if I can come up with something everyone likes.

Ah damn I don't think my version of photoshop comes with neon green or pink, sorry!
