Respec on American Doll

Can't remember who it was in vent when we were discussing respec'ing Doll.. Mutant-Blaster. This week end I would like to do that. But I can not for the life of me what they said that the toon needed. I remember 1 of the skills was AIM and I had like 3 of them that were needing to be changed maybe more. Since this was my first toon and the highest in lvls. I really would like to get the toon up to more power and useful.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have 1 more question. Does this mean I have to buy all those
Enhancements all over again starting with 1 on up to 35 or do I skip all the buying until I get the toon up to level?

It was Envy (Sister Kingpin) that was helping you out. And when you respec you can keep your current enhancements, or sell them for the full bought price. I can help you out but not sure if Envy wants to do it.
