Hell, since Stone and I tend to be on here during the evening we would like to try to keep sites up that we can use through Government computers.  Thats all he means.  I also agree that we should have upload rights, but in moderation.  Mind you, this is coming out of Stone's and my pocket for any and all extra space we may need.
