I did some looking on the forums those who are interested for the statesman should look at this.

Some of these theories/facts may be inaccurateand I encourage others to correct me and to add to the pool of infoabout MoSTF. This isn't meant to be a full nor definitive guide becausethere are too many things I don't know about STF. Our general theory is"Minimize risks during the most dangerous parts of STF and keep it simple". I've tried to address what I feel are the most dangerous encounters of the MoSTF.
Best Practices aka Recommendations
Eachalt should have a full inspiration tray that best enables them tosurvive. The majority of the tray should be Breakfrees, Lucks, Respitesand perhaps Sturdys. Each person should condition themselves to use theinspirations often and unsparingly. Fill up between missions as needed.Use inspirations to keep yourself safer and to shorten the duration ofthe highest risk parts of the task force (rage & insight means moredamage = shorter fights). Refill inspirations between missions asneeded. Refill during the final mission but keep 2-3 people in themission as a precaution.
Deaths can happen when least expected.Stay together and play conservatively. Speed & rushing are yourenemies. Take extra precautions normally skipped when rushing throughtask forces. For example you may clear the extra mob next to thesecurity chief if the space is needed.
Have an afk plan.Hopefully everyone knows where and when they can go afk with reasonablesafety (during the search for the Security Chief is NOT one of thosetimes). If a teammate is having connection issues, be extra careful towatch them because you may need to keep them alive as they disconnect.Stay disciplined during planned afk times and try plan them betweenmissions.
Keep the plan simple. The leader needs to give clear instructions and be sure everyone understands them.
Strike the Thorn Tree
We prefer to stealth and tp the team into the final/AV room to avoid any mishaps with the Rogue Isle Villains when possible.
TheThorn Tree AV threatens approximately the lower 1/3 of the room. Theless time the team spends in front of the AV, the less risk there is ofa problem. It is critical that everyone have the inspirations that givethem a chance to survive getting hit/held/immobilized. Everybody shouldhave: Respites, Break Free & Lucks. Additionally, using Ragesduring the clearance of the danger zone shortens the time during whichteam members are at risk. If anyone is hit by the AV, they need to useinspirations and break line of sight as quickly as possible. It isrecommended that the team use 1-2 lucks while in the AV threatened area.
Minimizethe time the team is in the zone threatened by the Thorn AV ifpossible. When clearing the CoT we try to have the Tank bring thefights to the team so that the AV doesn't threaten the rest of theteam. For the vines, Tanks can start clearing the AV threatened areawhile the rest of the team starts with the safer areas.
Stop Lord Recluse!
Usuallywe prefer to clear all the mobs on the ramps and the ground above/infront of the Inner Circle before proceeding. This gives a clear path toretreat from a multiple pull. At a minimum the upper level needs to becleared to give room for the AV pulls.
Standard rules of pullingapply once you know that the Inner Circle AVs have line of sight pastthe top of the ramp. Any AV that can see the sniper or anyone else atthe top of the ramp will give chase, so the tank & the sniper needto be hidden or break LoS immediately after the snipe is taken. Ifmulitple AVs are agro'd call for a withdrawal of the team to the boatand, if necessary, the hospital for safety. Someone should maintainwatch for added AVs after a pull. Have a plan to deal with a second AV,generally a retreat to the hospital on the boat.
Our order for AVs: Ghost Widow, Scirocco, Captain Mako, Black Scorpion
Ghost Widow
Thetank needs sustained hold protection buffs such as Clear Mind, IncreaseDensity, etc (approximately 8 are needed). The tank taunts, (preferablyat range), while layered in protection: approximately 6-8 Clear Mindsor Increase Densities (or the like). A supplement to that protection isto have adequate Psi defense in the form of Fortitude (etc), luckinspirations and set bonuses (Elusive Mind accolade power helps but theduration is short). Any scrappers should attack GW from the sideopposite the tank so that any change of agro is more easily detected. If the scrapper finds GW turning to face them, they should stopattacking immediately and back off. Your empath is your back up hereand might be able to save the tank or a scrapper that has been held bya combination of healing & Adrenalin Boost. Some teams withadequate damage may opt to keep any melee away from Ghost Widow toavoid the risk of being hit by her Soul Storm hold and its massive DoT.For some teams the tank should be in melee with Ghost Widow to ensurestronger agro on the tank.
Mako
I've beenplacated while pulling him and been unable to taunt him during thebeginning of the fight, so the team needs to be wary if Mako turns hisattention on them.
Arachnos Flier
The Flieris one of the most dangerous foes in the entire task force. Thanks toothers on the boards (and a global channel on Protector) it has beennoted that it spawns in 20 minute intervals from the moment the firsthero enters the "Stop Lord Recluse!" map. Typically we try to use thatknowledge to plan afk time for a break and to refill inspirations forthe Towers & Lord Recluse. Another suggested method is to drop theFlier twice before attacking the Red Tower. If this method is usedtrack the 20 minutes against the rate at which the team is dropping thetowers or have a pre-planned withdrawal to drop the flier respawn after1 or 2 towers have been dropped as others have been suggested on theboards. If you need to withdrawal after any towers have beendropped/damaged, whether planned or unplanned, try not to leave anyliving repairmen when you do so. Though a safe withdrawal is muchhigher priority than dropping repairmen.
Lord Recluse and the Towers
Theorder we prefer to drop the Towers is Red, Yellow, Green, Blue. Do nottank Lord Recluse from range nor punchvoke as either may trigger aspawn of Bane bosses. He is sensitive to range taunts from the tank;the tank should literally be next to him to minimize risk of *Banespawns. The supporting Empath should stay at maximum range from LordRecluse while able to buff/heal the tank, either from behind or fromabove the fight if hover is available. Radiation Infection (to hitdebuff toggles) target Lord Recluse (after agro is established) andEnervating Field (resist debuff toggles) target the Tower beingattacked. Because of the risks to the team when moving him &because of the need to stay close to him to minimimize/avoid Banespawns, we now tank him from the center of the courtyard (We used tomove him closer to the tower to get the benefit of the damage debufffrom Enervating Field). Banes will despawn after a few minutes even ifwhile taunted/engaged with the tank.
*In three very recent runs(and one previous run) Lord Recluse has spawned a very large number ofBanes during the initial attempt on the Red Tower. This doesn't seem tohappen consistently though it has been a more frequent lately. If thisoccurs the tank may need to take additional inspirations to survive theBanes and continue holding agro on Lord Recluse while the team dropsthe red tower. If necessary, when the Red Tower is dropped (and thereare no repairmen present), the team retreats to the ship and the tankretreats last. That seems to put everyone out of agro range but neverassume you are safe. Allow the banes to despawn and assess the timeuntil the next flier spawn to decide if the team can drop another Towerbefore it returns. In the few cases this has occured, Lord Recluse'sspawn of Banes have diminished after the Red Tower has dropped. TheBanes will despawn after a few minutes even if engaged by Tanker taunt. The retreat, if necessary is to allow for the despawn of the Banes.
Ifmoving to pass inspirations to the tank, do not step behind the tank.Pass inspirations from max range and from the side of the tanking. LordRecluse will sometimes use an AoE which defeated our empath on oneattempt (the only death on that run). Remember that the 20 minute timeron the Flier from it's last respawn, not it's last defeat.
Whenthe towers have fallen, take Lord Recluse to one of the deepest corners(NW or NE) to avoid respawned flier agro. The tank should not put hisback directly to the pillar or the wall because the Banes that beginspawning at roughly 25% health for Lord Recluse seem to spread outfurther which increases the risk to the rest of the team. As the Banesspawn or just before, it's a good idea for the squishies to use lucksif they still have any.
THE TEAM
You do not need ideal team to complete the MoSTF. Every AT can contribute in some way, making different parts of theSTF safer. That said (and paraphrased from another person's post) you do need to take a team that is capable of completing a STF. Those familiar with and especially those highly experienced in theSTF are very helpful. When you take a first time STF runner, anexperienced teammate needs to mentor that teammate. Don't assume ateammate new or relatively new to the STF understands the plan or thedangers. A blend of some debuffing and buffing is highly recommended.Patience and persistence are values of MoSTF teams; the number of teamsfailing MoSTF outnumber those that succeed by a large factor.
Quotedfrom the European forums: "Best advice is what has already been said.Dont take it too seriously and have fun! Dont look to pass blame ifanyone dies..those things happen."
Disclaimers : This iswritten from a (fire) tank-centric view. The sources of the informationinclude the forums, chats with others and a bit of personal experience.Familiarity with the STF is assumed. I have tried to make thesuggestions as general to team composition as possible but they arebiased on my experiences.
