From what i can pick out from the video.

-new graphics system (because the current was so horrible looking)
-mounts (smacking desired animal till near death until a blue rocking horse icon appears)
-player housing (what looks like player cities??)
-new spells/powers/weapons/summons
-bulletin boards (daily quests??)

on a side note, the gladiator scene looked freaking awesome.

There were so many times in that video where I yelled something at my screen like "HOLY FUCKING CHRIST, NO WAY. YOU GOTTA BE SHITTING ME"

It isn't supposed to come out yet. I think it's meant to be an expansion/huge patch kind of thing that'll be 3.0 or something like that. They just released 1.9/2.0 so...yeah. Still tempted to go back but I've dedicated money on APB now so I have to power through it.
