Vindictive attracting lots of T4 attention!

This is indeed pretty cool that we are being watched. I can't wait till we have more people in t4 to play with. Sorry about disappearing last night, my computer was being a spaz yesterday. I don't think it liked deleting 40 gigs of mp3's that had been copied else where, and then no defrag... :p
 
So, I read the server forum on the WAR Website and it seems the reason order was able to push into IC was because they all planned, together, to push at the same time.  I know I'm not really in the loop yet on T4, but what if Vindictive stepped up and picked a time on the weekend or something and got the word out to our allies (uchoo's friends) to get the word out to everyone to make a huge push?  I mean, what a way for us to announce our arrival in T4?<div>
</div><div>I think we should plan this a little ways out and not post anywhere order can see so they (hopefully) don't see it coming.  We might at least be able to take a couple forts.  I'm think I week from saturday noon pacific 3 eastern, but I'm just throwing out a time... if someone has a better one, that's fine.</div><div>

And like Frost above me, I must apologize for up and leaving last night.&nbsp; Issues arose that required my leaving so fast.
 
Uchoo knows far better than I do, but a city push takes a lot of people. Like tons... Order had 8 warbands going at the time, we had like 3 or 4. I participated in the city defense for a bit, and what I saw was very, very not pretty. We as a faction still have a great deal or work to do before we can actually hope to make a move on their capital city. We do plan on working toward this as a guild goal though. But it's gonna be a long time coming. :p
 
I hear what your saying, and I know the game is skewed toward order right now... but the above comparison is not a fair one.&nbsp;

They had 8 warbands because they marked it on their calender.&nbsp; We had 4 because that's how many people happen to be on at that time.&nbsp;

I'm not saying we would actually make it into a city... I'm just saying we should follow orders lead and start planning, as an entire side of the fight (all of destruction) when we are going to make a city push.

For all I know, that already happens, but I think it would be good in the not too distant future (several weeks to a month) for us to get the word out and make it happen.&nbsp; It would bring us further on the radar of everyone in T4... even if it fails miserably.

Just a safe precaution when you have a large post.  Copy it before you hit the save button, just in case that happens.  It tends to happen a lot for longer posts.  I just wanted to add my two cents that I have been pushing with my shaman (Moor) to only play him and get to Tier 4 as soon as possible.  Claymore and Jared know that back in CoH I had trouble with alts and limited time to get any one toon up.  So I'm focusing on little Moor to help you guys out.  One of these days I'll even get around to reading some guides to get even better.<span>

Lol first of all Hannah, just toss all your points into healing tree on a sham. Shams are great healers but can't do anything else effectively. IMO there is little to no chance of&nbsp;us taking a fort because of BW right now. We already drop in 5 seconds to stacked Rain of Fire. Our tanks would be down in about 1 second in the lord room. The only way that Order takes Forts right now is with RoF exploits and spam ressing their tanks. Sometimes a BW runs upstairs to do a quick ground aoe or 2 but we mow them down. The real key to a fort defense is to let them reset the lord as much as possible and kill Order inside the lord room. Thank god rez's require Line of Sight. I'd love to get something together with Massacre and I'm sure they'd love to have us but we aren't warded yet and don't have many 40's.

A side note: I think our Twitter feed really is giving us an edge, lawl. We had a lot of members logging on to help defend IC and the Fort. Our Vindictive warband was bigger than the Massacre alliance as a whole, according to Flenser of DLB whom I was chatting with. Thank you again Tryden for your amazing intuition.

Anyways these are my thoughts on the matter at the moment and I think Mythic has a lot of work to do to balance population and fix class mechanics to make it possible for destro to take&nbsp;a fort, let alone get inside their city. If order are bitching that they can't get in IC because there aren't any available instances, then there aren't enough destro on the server.
 
I came from one of the larger and more influential guilds on Vortex.&nbsp; Long story, but to sum up, they are not so large or influential anymore.&nbsp; I chose Vindictive to join because of #1 Magerbooze is here (great guy and healer), and #2 there is soooo much buzz about you guys on Vortex.&nbsp; I want to be part of the massive push to put Order back in their place, and this is the Guild to do it in.&nbsp; I am proud to wear Vindictive tags...
 
I know I speak for everyone when I say Welcome!!  We are happy to have you and can't wait to meet you in game!  I switched guilds myself in T3 and have been very happy ever since.  This really is a great guild with a great core of friendly and fun people who still take the game seriously, but not to the point of making it not fun.  A large part of our guild is crossing into T4 now and working on our gear to really be a presence from now on.<div>
