Vindictive: Getting Back on Track!

As some of you have heard or witnessed some folks parted ways with Vindictive this week.  While this was of course something everyone hoped to avoid it's behind us.<div>
</div><div>We, as your Officers, are indeed working to inspect what made those folks agitated as well as what concerns current members still have.  We are more than willing to make this a Guild that everyone loves to log into and is eager to return to after work or school lets out.</div><div>
</div><div>I implore you to let us know what's on your mind.  This is the thread to speak your mind, share a stream of consciousnes and generally bring up whatever is on your mind.  We will not attack one another here and the Officers will look attentively into each and every concern as objectively as we can.</div><div>
</div><div>Among your posts here try to also share what you like.  We all understand how easy it is to point out what's going wrong or isn't working just right so also share what you love about the guild and what you'd love to see more of.  This isn't a way for us to displace the real issues but completely along the lines of trying to put more good events and so forth out there for everyone while we continue to be a great guild.  I can't tell you how many times I would rush home or make sure I was super-ready when we were getting ready to do some fun instance or PvP event in the past.</div><div>
</div><div>In closing, let me reiterate:  We're not attacking other players or what they're posting here.  The ideas here will help improve the Guild as a whole.  Everyone's ideas and thoughts are welcome.</div><div>

Ok, I just thought of something so lemme clear it up before it gets unclear.<div>

nah just messing with you. But anyway I'm somewhat going to ninja this thread as it is part of the subject or something like that. I know I can be a real pain in the ass sometimes because I will be straight forward if I see something wrong hell I even pointed aribella out once >.> and he might not even remember it =p

So if I actually say something and it offended you let me know.. best example was the one time I did a anti male quote of the day and some one asked if I could not do that please... anyway im off to work ((((huggles))) and ttyl~
 
I think a little straight forwardness is a good thing especially from Officers. Everything can't always be buddy buddy from your higher-ups. I know from experience(as an officer in past guilds/games) that sometimes people understand things more fully if your straight forward with them but in a manner that will not make them lash out at you/others or /gquit, if they are reasonable to begin with. Honestly this is prob a useless post i'm just stating what all officers know to begin with I think.

sorry hun but I will always be louder and much more drunk then you when money allows

We are already replacing most the tanks we lost give it a few weeks and we will be awwwwwright

Some people left, which were the people I play with most so I left along with them.&nbsp; No bad blood with Vindictive though.&nbsp;

That said, I can still help tank or help teach your upcomming tanks the various fights in the different dungeons.&nbsp; All ya gotta do is ask.&nbsp; Weekends are the time frame when im around most during the times most of you are.&nbsp; The Officers should still have my number that I posted back in the Officer Forums.&nbsp; So if you need to reach me when im not online, txt me there and ill get back to ya about when I can help.

Uchoo is still on my Myspace as well, so he has another way to find me that I check several times a day.
 
Yeah although we are in the current state of replacing the tanks and healers we lost, we will not be able to replace the friends we have lost in the guild. Thats being said we can be friends with those who left no reason&nbsp;not to be, we are all adults.

However Marius all&nbsp;I am going to ask and I asked Rod the same this as well. Can you please ask a few of your members to try and stop pinching from us. We have not banned anyone from vent or this site as of yet but if this keeps it, we will have no choice.

And thank you for you and Rod offering your services to us as tanks we appreciate it, as I told Rod we have no problems coming to you guys as long as it causes no problems for you.
 
I guess ill just put this right out in front.&nbsp; If anyone has a problem with anyone im associated with, please talk directly to them.&nbsp; I am not wanting to be the middle man for any issues, positive or negative.

I am here to play and have fun with the people&nbsp;I enjoy playing with. This includes people who left as well as people still in Vindictive.&nbsp; It also includes people in The Black Company, Hostile, Soulstorm, Hate Breed&nbsp;and Serpents Cross etc.

I am not trying to come off snobish, but at least at this stage where both sides are getting themselves back to normal, I think it best to keep anything that needs said, being said directly to them and not 3rd party.
